About Jaddaf

Al Jaddaf is a centrally located district on the south bank of Dubai Creek, beside Dubai Healthcare City and opposite Festival City, with two Metro stations and Al Khail Road access putting Downtown ten minutes away. Once a dhow-building yard, it has redeveloped rapidly into residential towers, hotels and the Jameel Arts Centre waterfront.

Plots here are mid- and high-rise sites in one of the last central districts still building out. The healthcare and airport employment base next door supports both residential and hotel-apartment uses, and creek-side positioning gives the better sites a genuine view premium.
