How do I request a specific plot?
Sign in and open your dashboard — use the "Request a Plot" tab to tell us your preferred location, permission type, plot area, GFA, budget and timeline. Our team reviews every request and gets back to you with matching plots.
How do I save plots I’m interested in?
Tap the heart icon on any plot card while signed in. Saved plots appear under "Saved Inventory" on your dashboard (up to 10 at a time).
Are the listed prices negotiable?
Prices reflect current owner expectations and can change. Reach out via this form or WhatsApp and our team will share the latest pricing and any room for negotiation on a specific plot.
What do "GFA" and "Price/GFA" mean?
GFA is the Gross Floor Area — the total buildable area permitted on the plot. Price/GFA is the plot price divided by its GFA, giving you a per-buildable-square-foot rate to compare plots fairly.
Do you assist with the buying process and paperwork?
Yes — our agents guide you through viewing, negotiation, due diligence and the transfer paperwork end to end.
